What size should I order?

To ensure you find the perfect fit when shopping online, we have included a sizing guide below each item on our website. We understand that determining the right size can be challenging, so we provide this guide to assist you in selecting the ideal garment for you. 

Our sizing is oversized, so if you wish for a regular fitting we would recommend for you to order a size smaller than your perfect fit. 

If you still have doubts make sure to contact us through our contact's section and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I modify my order?

If at the time of placing the order you have made a mistake putting wrong information, contact us through our contact section with the changes you want to make, don't forget to indicate the buyer’s order number, mail and full name.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately if your order has been prepared, you will have to receive it and proceed the return through through our contacts section.

 

Standard delivery at home

Delivery times usually takes 2/3 week days (up to 7 days for islands).

If your order is less than 55€, the shipping costs will be 4.75€. In case your order exceeds 55€, the shipping will be free only in Portugal. 

 

International standard delivery

Delivery times for international shipments are 7-11 week day.

If your shipment is international but inside the EU, the shipping costs will be 5€ if otherwise it will be calculated according to the origin. 

If your order exceeds 100€, shipping will be free. 

 

Returns by delivery company:

Returns are not accepted, unless it is a damaged item. If that is the case, you only need the order number and email. You have 15 days to contact us via our website. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive both the return label by email, as well as the refund in the original method of payment or through an IBAN number.

We are not responsible for the amounts for delivery logistics efforts. The price of the return is €5 national/€10 international.

Changes by delivery company:

You can also make size changes by mail at no additional cost. Since you receive the order, you have 30 days to register your change request through our contact section, you only need the order number and email. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. According to your address we will provide the address to the nearest delivery point. Another order number will be generated and shipped within our usual delivery times.
